OfflineWillem-Jan Vos posted on his website an interesting infograhic of Dave Gray about the connected company. It's another angle on 'teal organizations' as set out by Frédéric Laloux (who wrote "Reinventing organizations).
In the book ‘The Connected Company‘ Dave Gray discusses a blueprint of the future company.
According to Gray, companies should not only closely connect with all stakeholders, but also organize their work completely different.
A company should be seen less as a machine that needs to be controlled, but more as a complex and dynamic system that can learn and adapt to its environment.
